This short video introduced a series that covered subjects like feedback and coaching, management skills, and goal setting. Given the potentially delicate subject matter and an audience that varied by age, experience, ethnicity, etc., it felt right to represent people in a symbolic way. Using color and shape I could represent the audience both individually and as a whole while focusing on the message in an emotive way.
